Employee Network Groups

¼«ÀÖÊÓÆµâ€™s Employee Networks help to build internal community within the larger ¼«ÀÖÊÓÆµ community and provide a place and space where employees can share, learn and grow.

Boundless
¼«ÀÖÊÓÆµ Boundless
¼«ÀÖÊÓÆµ Boundless is a collaborative network for employees of Asian cultures and their allies to confide and advance a collective commitment to understanding, equity and belonging. The mission of Boundless is empowered by members' unique perspectives and incredibly diverse cultures, strengthening efforts to educate ¼«ÀÖÊÓÆµ colleagues on the experiences of Asian communities.

¼«ÀÖÊÓÆµ Equal's mission is to inspire a diverse and inclusive environment that enables LGBTQIA+ employees to be their authentic selves and drives forward the firm's business within the context of an evolving global society. The group focuses on employee advocacy, business development and organizational culture.

¼«ÀÖÊÓÆµ Forward unites the skills, experience and leadership of the agency's military ex-servicemembers, National Guard and Reserve employees and their families. ¼«ÀÖÊÓÆµ Forward fosters a veteran-friendly workplace and community, while supporting and engaging veterans in their paths toward post-military success at ¼«ÀÖÊÓÆµ. ¼«ÀÖÊÓÆµ Forward also leverages our ex-servicemember employees' professional expertise and personal experiences to support and advance the former military community.
GRIOT
¼«ÀÖÊÓÆµ GRIOT
¼«ÀÖÊÓÆµ Griot is a network for Black employees and all colleagues who have a desire to learn more about the community. Griot's mission is to provide a space to honor, celebrate, inform, inspire and support the Black experience and our Black colleagues around the globe. With roots to Western Africa, the griot is a storyteller whose job encompasses many roles — from recounting history and sharing information to teaching students and acting as diplomats. This legacy has a strong connection to the role we play as storytellers for our clients.

¼«ÀÖÊÓÆµ Inclusivo's mission is to create an inclusive environment for Hispanic employees and their allies. The group leverages professional expertise and personal experiences to support and advance the Hispanic community through ¼«ÀÖÊÓÆµ local market initiatives, projects and programs.
ABILITY
 
Ability's (formerly DCN – Disability, Chronic Illness, Neurodivergence), mission is to create a culture and community where the unique expertise and strengths of people with disabilities, chronic illnesses and/or those who are neurodivergent can thrive. Through enriching experiences, we shine a light on individuality and our collective power as colleagues, advocates and allies for Ability and the value they bring to our work.
UPLIFT
 
Uplift champions and honors our diverse faith communities and their allies, recognizing we have more in common than not. We model kindness and encourage respect of spiritual beliefs and practices. We build bridges of understanding to advance the common good and celebrate our diverse faiths. In doing so, we create a safe space for colleagues to comfortably live their beliefs and discuss faith in the workplace, to help normalize religious conversations, and educate colleagues about inclusive faith-based practices and observances.
