Lisa Sepulveda is the Global Chief People and Culture Officer at ¼«ÀÖÊÓƵ and a member of ¼«ÀÖÊÓƵ’s Executive Leadership Team. She leads the firm’s portfolio of global clients - working with ¼«ÀÖÊÓƵ teams across all practices, specialties and geographies to ensure delivery of creative, quality client work. Under her direction, ¼«ÀÖÊÓƵ’s approach to client engagement and strategy is centralized, and Lisa is focused on growing top client leaders, teams and relationships around the globe.​
This approach comes from Lisa’s over 30 years of communications and marketing experience, resulting in client satisfaction and long-lasting relationships with companies such as Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Samsung, AstraZeneca, eBay, Taco Bell and Sanofi. She also uses this experience as a master mentor. This carries through in her role as executive sponsor of Global Women’s Equality Network – an employee resource group focused on fostering an environment where women of all backgrounds can enjoy equal opportunities to grow, lead and succeed in and beyond ¼«ÀÖÊÓƵ.
Lisa is certified in Positive Psychology Coaching through The Wholebeing to guide others in successfully pursuing positive change in their lives, work, relationships, and well-being. Her passion of mentorship and helping others goes well beyond her professional life as Lisa is a Board member for She’s the First, a non-profit focused on girls’ education in the developing world, and sits on the Board of Trustees at Englewood Health, a hospital and medical Center in Englewood, NJ.
